Adjudicate Today is Australia's leading Authorised Nominating Authority for adjudications claims made under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payments Act ("the Act").

The senior management of Mainway are on the panel of adjudicators with Adjudicate Today as qualified and practicing Adjudicators under the Act in NSW, Queensland, Tasmania and the ACT.

Such qualifications will provide our clients with expert advice in preparing, assessing and defending contract claims.

Mainway boasts a long term relationship with the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), School of Building, through its continual involvement in lecturing and mentoring undergraduate students studying the Bachelor of Construction Project Management degree.
