Five leading Australian architectural firms were invited to compete for the project with celebrated Architectus winning the coveted competition for their innovative, sympathetic and eye-catching design.

This exciting new project will comprise of 200 residential apartments with an active retail street front at Harris Street. The project will see the existing Tabcorp Headquarters site of 5,300sqm transformed into a residential oasis at the doorstep of the Darling Harbour precinct.
