Responsibilities

DA approval, project feasibilities and budgets, design management, tendering and letting, Head Contract Negotiation (D&C) with Builder, Head Contract management overseeing the Builder, On-Site program and quality review, local and statutory authority compliance.

Project Type

One Avon encompasses 168 apartments across three unified buildings. The luxurious residences encircle a 4,500 square metre landscaped central courtyard and have been designed to visually harmonise with their lush surroundings and is secluded amongst an 11,900 sqm private forest of majestic blue gums.

Spacious interiors guide the eyeline to sweeping, district views and the tip of the Blue Mountains to the West, or the sparkling CBD skyline to the North.

Mainway has been involved with the project since March 2015 and continues its role of Project Manager in the design and construction management. The project is currently under constructoin and due for completion in 2018.
