The Quay Haymarket is a luxury mixed use development presenting 19 Storey twin residential towers in Sydney CBD. The project consists of 286 luxury apartments, 6000sqm retail and 4 levels of underground basement parking.

Given our extensive and specialised large scale residential experience, Mainway was engaged to form part of Project Management team to provide direction and ‘hands on’ management in the successful delivery of the project. Mainway’s Steven Macdessi managed the project on a detailed level as Senior Project manager representing the developer from commencement in 2011 up to the successful project completion in September 2014.
