This new build Woolworths store is contained within a 1,400 sqm floor plate and formed part of a mixed used development. As part of the Woolworths small store concept, specialties such as bakery, sushi bar, café and liquor shop operate as part the store.
Mainway’s role as Project Managers for the development included managing the design development of the supermarket, co-ordination with base build works, compliance with construction specifications, liaison with Woolworths management and overseeing the construction fit-out works.
