CASE STUDY

 

This original 1960's unit block underwent a major façade reconstruction to optimise harbour views and terrace areas for each residence.

Mainway represented the Body Corporate to successfully manage the builder while at all time liaising closely with each resident to minimise impact to their continual occupation of the building during construction.

The final outcome was for each upmarket harbour view apartment fitted with:
• An additional 40m2 balcony with 180o panoramic water views,
• New glazing system to each balcony with integrated fitout

of internal living areas,
• New air conditioning and waste removal facilities,
• Improvements to the landscaping and pool areas, and
• Rendering the existing brickwork façade of the building
