This original 1960's unit block underwent a major façade reconstruction to optimise harbour views and terrace areas for each residence.
Mainway represented the Body Corporate to successfully manage the builder while at all time liaising closely with each resident to minimise impact to their continual occupation of the building during construction.
The final outcome was for each upmarket harbour view apartment fitted with: of internal living areas,
