Director's Message - 20 Years of Mainway
"As Mainway approaches its 20th anniversary, I reflect on the journey since 2006. Back then, clients gave me a chance to prove myself; today, many simply say, “Do what you did last time.” That trust has been the most rewarding part of our story.
My background spans over 30 years across development, construction, and project delivery. When I founded Mainway, I combined that experience with a simple principle: treat every project as if it were my own.
Along the way, I became an adjudicator, national mediator, and part-time university lecturer in Development and Project Management - mentoring the next generation of professionals while sharpening our own commitment to technical excellence and collaboration.
